Private Label Liquid Vitamins and Drops
Dropper bottles sell on convenience and premium feel, and they are hard to source at low minimums because filling lines are set up for thousands. We fill 30 ml and 60 ml dropper bottles from 100 units per SKU, alcohol-free, with a batch COA.

Why liquid, and why it is hard to get at 100 units
Liquids win on three things: they are easy to dose for children and older adults, they absorb fast in the case of ionic minerals, and a glass dropper bottle photographs like a premium product. The trade-off is that liquid chemistry is unforgiving — an active that falls out of solution, a flavor that cannot cover magnesium’s bitterness, or a preservative system that fails at the wrong pH will show up as a customer complaint, not a lab result.
That is why most factories will not run a 100-bottle batch: the development risk is the same as for 10,000. We take small runs because our stock formulas are already stabilised, so a private label order is a label change on a proven liquid, not a new development.
Three carrier systems
- Vegetable glycerin (+ water) for botanicals and sleep blends: alcohol-free, naturally sweet, self-preserving at high glycerin ratios.
- MCT oil for oil-soluble actives (D3, K2, astaxanthin): no water, so no microbial risk; needs amber glass for light protection.
- Purified water (+ preservative) for ionic magnesium, chlorophyll and vitamin blends: cleanest taste with flavoring, requires pH control.
The full process — dissolving, emulsifying, filtration, filling and dropper closures — is on how our drops are made.
What you can customise
- Free at 100 units: label, bottle (glass or PET), dropper style, carton or no carton, flavor from our list.
- From 300 units: dose changes, new flavor development, custom actives.
- Kids’ versions: adjusted doses, child-resistant dropper caps, kid-friendly flavors.
MOQ, samples and lead time
- 100 bottles per SKU, free label change (wrap label or front/back)
- Samples in 7 days, bulk in 30 days after approval
- Batch COA: active assay, pH and density, fill volume, microbial (water-based), peroxide (oil-based), seal test
Packaging and shipping notes
Glass bottles are packed in partitioned cartons; breakage in transit is under 0.5% on express and sea. A 60 ml glass bottle with carton weighs about 150 g — freight matters more for liquids than for capsules, which is why we quote express and sea side by side and why PET is worth considering for high-volume SKUs.
Who orders liquids from us
- Wellness creators launching a D3+K2 or magnesium as a first SKU
- Kids’ vitamin brands that need alcohol-free and child-resistant closures
- Pet brands adding a drop format next to chews
- Existing capsule brands adding a liquid line without a new supplier
Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum for private label liquid vitamins?
100 bottles per SKU, with your label at no extra charge. Filling lines are usually set up for thousands; we run short batches because our fill volumes are small and label printing is in-house.
Are your drops alcohol-free?
Yes. We use vegetable glycerin, MCT oil or purified water as carriers. No ethanol tinctures. This matters for kids’ products, halal positioning and for Amazon’s hazmat rules on alcohol content.
Glass or plastic bottles?
30 ml and 60 ml amber glass with a glass pipette is the premium default and protects light-sensitive actives like D3 and chlorophyll. 59 ml PET with a plastic dropper is lighter and cheaper to ship; we quote both.
How do you set the dose per dropper?
A standard pipette delivers about 1 ml (20–30 drops). We formulate so that one full dropper — or a marked half — is one serving, and the label states both ml and drop count. Dose per serving is agreed with you on the spec sheet.
Shelf life and preservatives?
18–24 months depending on the formula. Oil-based products (MCT) contain no water and need no preservative. Water- and glycerin-based products use potassium sorbate / sodium benzoate or a natural alternative, with pH control. Stability data is on the spec sheet.
Can I get a custom liquid formula?
Yes. Liquids are relatively easy to customise in dose and flavor. New actives need a solubility and stability check; custom formulas start at 300 units.
Can these be sold in the EU and UK?
Most, yes, with an EU-format label. Exceptions we flag before quoting: melatonin (not permitted in UK/EU supplements at US doses), soursop and some botanicals under Novel Food or national positive lists.
