MOQ and how we price

Minimum 100 units per SKU, your label free. We do not publish a rate card because in supplements the raw material is the price: the same 60-count gummy can cost 3× more with premium actives. Every quote is built from your formula. The structure is always the same — here it is.

What drives cost per unit

Actives and dose

The biggest factor. High-dose creatine, mushroom extracts and shilajit cost several times a basic multivitamin.

Count and format

80-count vs 30-count; gummy vs capsule; glass dropper vs PET.

Packaging

PET bottle is the baseline; jars, boxes and premium pouches add cost, mostly at low quantity.

Testing and freight

Batch COA included. US third-party testing, express vs sea and destination are line items.

What a quote looks like: product cost per unit × quantity · label printing · packaging · testing (if any) · freight to your address · payment terms. One page, no bundling.

Frequently asked questions

Why don’t you publish a price list?

Because a 30-count magnesium gummy and an 80-count mushroom gummy differ by 3× in ingredient cost, and packaging choice moves the price again. A list would either mislead or be useless. Instead every quote is built from the actual raw materials in your formula and itemised so you can see exactly what you pay for — and you get it within 24 hours.

Can you really run 100 units on every format?

Yes — gummies, softgels, capsules, tablets, drops, powders, sticks and pet chews all start at 100 units per SKU. Short runs are our standard operating mode, not an exception, which is why label changes are free and lead times are the same at 100 units as at 1,000.

Is there a sample fee?

Yes, a small fee covering materials and courier. It is credited back on your first bulk order.

Payment terms?

50% deposit at order, 50% before shipment. Bank transfer, and card via Stripe or PayPal for sample fees and smaller orders.

Do prices include shipping?

Quoted separately: express (DHL/FedEx, 5–8 days) or sea freight to a US or EU port / 3PL. We quote both.

Are there hidden fees?

No setup fee, no label fee, no plate fee for standard label printing. Custom molds, custom boxes and third-party US lab tests are quoted as separate line items when you ask for them.
